We all must realize
that many of these penny-stock CEOs just have very, very poor judgment and less common sense. Sad but true. The company or business plan may be good but often the CEO's judgment suks. Another case in point: Rufus Paul Harris of CSHD, who may know bond financing but lacks the judgment and respect for government authority to follow the SEC's rules. Petar is no different imo
