The company including Kory ( whom I am not a fan) knew what they had. They should have put a leash on the guy before his gasket blew. Don’t worry Dollinger I believe is so ego manical , he’s already forgotten about it and if approached blames everyone else. We will see how the court feels.

Why didn’t they gag the guy? Because he was largest shareholder? Heck shareholders were egging him on to do more 420s and for their entertainment value ...watch a car wreck in slow motion ...then bash him about it.

Not sure who was less mature here .
Company though is responsible.
