Monday...we have the ball...few days of chaos trading behind us....CEO confirmed by otc/change already in...good news he won't be silence for long...company no need to pay $300k in once to S/C as 8k indicates $300k will be paid in cash in few payments...possible company raised portion needed to pay...also means deal will close way earlier than 90 days...
