OMG... how many passes does he get.. how many shady people does the CEO have to deal with for this to become a SHADY POS?

I need to check out Richard Hall and his infractions but if it's true that Hall is shady..that would add to the bad company that Shibley is surrounding himself with but I don't know if it's just bad luck in association? Or he's part of the game.

He deserves a chance to defend his credibility. But the previous Verges link and now this one too? And the FAKE FLUFF NEWS. Come on... let me sell somebody here my own brand new drink that all the distribution partners will surely pick up in the next few months. This company is trying just enough to seem like a legit one in my opinion. Invest if you must but it's a little shady. Hope I'm wrong and you make money but all these links to shady people that your CEO allegedly can be tied to is a little too much for me.
