What's the big deal. Why is this so important. Haas is Chairman and theoretically he should not meddle in the operations of the company, but he will. The CEO is an interim CEO and has not yet been appointed formally by the board. Haas can fire the CEO anytime he wants, he controls the board and they will go along with him.
