ESPRE, which signed a license agreement with MDS on April 18, 2006, is providing the video technology now available through MDS on ForRent.com.

And, its newest innovation, known as Community Theater(TM), offers these customers a powerful streaming video package including: streaming custom video for each apartment community with professional voice-over and premium production values, streaming videos on both ForRent.com and the management company's site, a unique video email brochure solution that allows agents to send video brochures to prospects, and delivery through ESPRE's playerless player which requires no video downloads.
