They could upgrade on OTC Markets to OTCQX tier which requires to become an SEC filer with a minimum bid PPS of .10. GB*C is trading on the OTCQX at over $11 per share. They don't have to uplist to a major exchange immediately but maybe they have the fundamental requirements to do so. We won't know until they file their financials when the merger is officially announced. Watch closely this upcoming week for FINRA approval of Name/Symbol Change. Got shares? I know I do. : )
