This guy Gary Rennie really has a hard on for Petar. His hatred just oozes throughout the article (again). After you sift throught the mire of biased bs the facts are:
1) There is a lease dispute over payment for 18 months of a 5 year lease.
1)Petar owns no Sulja stock but is obviously getting money from somewhere or someone.
2)AFs are still to be released.
3)SEC could investigate due to volume (actually if they do and find nothing this will help restore credibility imo).
4)$645M Hotel project (worth $29 million to Consultech) still in the works and they are working on expansion into Lebanon.
5)The Star did not disupte that the Sulja Bros Harrow contructions material yard was a "bustling business with 28 employees". This is not a quote from Petar. These are the facts from the paper.
Also, it's obvious to me that the Consultech website was taken down for legal reasons for the lease dispute not because they are closing shop and running.
All IMHO.
