Welcome back, Obi. Your presence and insight have been missed on this board. Perhaps you could offer an opinion on the warrants granted GOV in the SPSP Agreement in 2008. We have had a lot of discussion and some disagreement over shareholders failing to contest and litigate the warrants as illegal. One major view is that the statute of limitations has now expired and no new suits can be filed. The other major view is that claims are only ripe for action when/if the warrants are exercised because no damage to shareholders for dilution can be asserted because that exercise option might never occur.

Could it be possible for you to weigh in on this? No need to delve into the rationale for a filing on warrants, just the timing aspect for any such action.
