Here is my two cents of things and my most honest opinion as to why the potential rewards far supersedes the risk...

Arrayit Corp (ARYC) (@Arrayit on Twitter) biotech company has been in business for a little over 25 years now. It is located in the heart of Silicon Valley and has open doors for anyone to tour the facility. The company has a CLIA approved laboratory licensed the centers for Medicare and Medicaid (see link). It has also Aced five proficiency tests thus far (refer to last PR) and because of its medical breakthrough allergy fingerstick test it has announced via Twitter that it has billed $10,362,899 within the last 31 business days, which is absolutely amazing for a stock trading at this level.

Arrayit has sold their technology to the FDA and has product(s) currently pending approval. So what product(s) are pending approval and what will the numbers billed look like after it is able to be utilized? We know the company has a special blood card device pending 510k submission and a couple of extraordinary pipeline tests (Ovarian Cancer & Parkinson’s Disease). Can we be waiting on FDA clearance from all of them? I believe it is very possible as the same instrumentation and software are used for these pipeline tests... These tests will be saving billions of lives worldwide through early detection and treatment.

Having said all of that, this is unlike any other penny stock that I have ever seen. There are several scientific publications about the technology and the President of the company has been published on several books. There are many long term shareholders holding strong here because of the massive potential and the 3 year chart shows that.

It is encouraged that each investor do their own due diligence and if possible go visit the facility in Sunnyvale (the heart of Silicon Valley). It is currently undervalued trading between 5-6 cents a share because the company is delinquent on financials. RRBB (labeled best of the best, see link) is their auditor and is completing work on their financials.

*****Ignore all the conspiracy theories and look for verifiable facts with links. That has always been a good method for me at least. I encourage it.

Through an extensive amount of due diligence it is also my opinion & assumption that financials may need to be perfect as the company makes for a great buyout candidate. Notice that Arrayit launched a portal system designed for them and their partners. There are currently around 755 clinics that have enrolled in this new portal system that provides Arrayit allergy testing services. Now, there are two video links below that depict the same exact portal system that is exclusively designed for Arrayit. Notice how there is also a Mitra product (owned by DHR) involved with PAS/OAS. It appears that Arrayit performs the allergy fingerstick test and Neoteryx performs the drug reconciliation as the two different tests are described on the links down below. Also pay close attention to the portal system being utilized in the videos.
