There is a reason why they changed the CEO position to consultant now. Here is the reason why: The CEO was in conflict of interest with J&J, since he use to work for them, now he is consultant for the company, it makes sense to why they changed from a CEO to a consultant. That filing 8K after market is telling the story, especially that the company hasn't denied the rumor, or for that matter they could have easily stated we can't comment on rumors, thus makes this a very interesting week next week.
