It's dilution.

But at least it's dilution at the market price. Could be worse, could be issuing toxic notes.

Also shows that there are people with a lot of money willing to throw it at this company. I don't think I've come across a penny like this before so I'm kind of in uncharted territory.

Signs seem to be good.
