When the bid and ask are very wide (typical for thinly traded stocks), any trade of 100 shares or more will move the price a large amount percentage wise.

So if the bid is .0011 and the ask is .0014, a trade of 100 shares, valued at about 11 and 14 cents respectively, can move the price over 22%.
