How many people on this board have officially filed a complaint with the SEC on their website?

Next, can you “in the know” or otherwise provide me with actual FRAUD that management committed? It has to be actual FRAUD. As an example, It can’t be a PR that says “we think” we will make X but a PR that says “we made $2 million this quarter in revenue” but only $100k shows up in the financials for that quarter.

Thanks- I am in communication with the SEC and I need actual FRAUD occurrences otherwise we are truly the bag holders. Without actual black and white evidence, we r SOL.
