No way...USSP will most likely take over a shell, just like USSE and start under a penny. The combined value of both companies will sort itself out..but won't be greater than the sum of the parts...meaning if USSE is trading at .40, the combined value of USSE and USSP combined should equal about .40 cents. Of course, hopefully this changes over time and both companies increase in value. The problem I see is that it will be confusing to new investors. If they hear of this company, they will be confused as to which one to invest in. I'm thinking this spin off is happening a bit too earlier..hopefully it works out. Should be interesting what happens to the share price of USSE up to the divy date and shortly after. This is a strange situation.. and how USSP is valued along with USSE after the divy is almost impossible to predict..IMO
