The OS shares part is tricky, they became preferred. This does not affect the PPS value directly as they counted in the value of the company and can return to market again, hence the PPS does not budge and did not respond whatsoever to the decrease-it is all psychological effect.
Nothing about the revenues outcome from these parteneship are known at all other than extremely promising tweet and PR. Hence again, the market has no response whatsoever to any of their releases. They have to give number. These kind of tweets and PR won't do it as it sound bumpy-numbers are all what matters!!
The other stuff have been dragging for soooo long.
The progress is pretty slow measured to the tweets and PRs tone!!
The previous move was sure to UBER IPO, nothing fundamental.
Are we subject to dilution?
The only thing that is clear so far is the hirings.
