Ok, just to be clear, I'm not an expert in this topic but I'll give my take on this. The GOLD formula is a concentrate derived form the GREEN formula. 3 Kg of GREEN is required to prepare 1Kg of GOLD. It is just a concentrated extract. There are videos that explain the process. Look them up. Ah, the process to produce the concentrate is a Proprietary (In-House) Process.

The CV-007 patent pending product is being developed as a pharmaceutical product and as such needs to follow all the process: NDA, pre-clinical, and so on just like Epidiolex did. The advantage here is that CV-007 will probably get fast-tracked because of the imminent need of such a drug. There is NONE in the market at the moment.

Maybe Marty can expand on this since he knows the process better. Or anybody with more experience in the pharmaceutical arena.
