From the 10K plus some sensible(?) assumptions I get SEIH net profits at 16.1% of gross SINO revenues. Please see my message:

Happy to discuss further. Plus just to advise you and the board I dont have an US accountancy practice background so I bow to your greater knowledge, tis good to have people on board that know about the minutia of balance sheets and income statements, I'm always willing to understand more.
I think my layman's assumptions in the above previous post is a good place to start though.
