Dude, give it up. I've been in this game since 1991'. I thought I'd seen it all but now that I trade OTC stuff, it's like the gift that keeps on giving....always another surprise. Like surprise that people buy into this crap... the LOI will never be filled for the stated terms. That's like someone offering a Ferrari for the price of a Ford truck. When it's too blatantly good to be true...that should be a red flag. The terms of this deal make zero sense if GSCG is really as successful as stated.
