Question: Where is the formal announcement of this shareholders meeting. I could not see it in news or Investor Relations on Telkonet web site?? Usually I get a formal notice in the form of a letter US Mail type or at minium an email from my broker with a web link to the announcement and proxies. Is this another rumor?? Please confirm with link to announcement...
