Don't need China for mineral's. The only reason we buy from them is because they've been a cheap source. They only make up 37 percent of world wide REM extraction and we have the technology and capability to produce also. The US already has 3 major producer's and Clean Coal Technologies, Inc has patents on their technology so it is a win win. Too bad for solar panel industry.
