Mike - do you think the completion of the transfer of shares from Alliance to Yaacov will be a significant event in any way to IDTA?

In other words, when the transfer is complete, is there any reason that would affect the share price? Will it mark any sort of turning point for Identa?

Or is it basically just a behind the scenes transfer of shares that won't have much of an outward effect?

Also if you ever want to try to arrange another SH meeting, I'd be interested.
