Which would be better for ZMRK? RM with Aeroponleaf where investors of Aeropon would retail 90% of the company and then further dilution in order to get Aeropon up and running? Or ZMRK become the equipment distributor to Aeropon where current investors in ZMRK retain most of the current shares.

I actually think the latter would be more profitable for current ZMRK shareholders. Furthermore, Xu has stated many times about the association with ZMRK and farming equipment. Why would Xu then turn around and try to merge ZMRK with Aeropon?

I do not believe ZMRK will RM with Aeroponleaf. I don’t see that as a bad outcome. However, those involved here with their assumptions and lofty expectations would likely not like that outcome.

Time will tell.
