I will say that i know what was told to me and what was told to Tim. Tim was very clear on what the attorney said regarding communication. That is one reason why i know manipulation of conversations were going on. I do not know specifics.
When i say,"we" I'm speaking as a shareholder. We are all part of this company, some more than others.

As for the accountants, yes we are kinda at their beg and call. The process for hiring a new firm was extensive. They were waiting for all the paperwork from the other firm. That is something the company cannot control or hold the new firm accountable. So no, the company could not put a deadline on a firm that is no longer on the payroll. The old accounting firm has 30 days to turn over all paperwork. They could take that entire time. As for the institutional investor. Yes we do not have control over their demands. They have certain requirements that the company has to complete or follow. Every company that is taking on a investor needs to meet their demands or it will be a no go. Trust me i know. I bring up the institutional investor because that is the only other thing that has not happened. The investor also has requirements of being pink status. We lost that due to the delay of financials. Which will be out very soon.
