Amazon Interested in Buying Boost From T-Mobile, Sprint -- Reuters

--Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) is interested in buying prepaid wireless service Boost Mobile from T-Mobile US Inc. (TMUS) and Sprint Corp. (S), Reuters reports, citing sources familiar with the matter.

--Amazon is interested in buying Boost because the deal would allow it to use the wireless network of the merged T-Mobile and Sprint for at least six years, one of the sources told Reuters.

--Amazon would also be interested in any wireless spectrum that could be divested, Reuters reports, adding that Amazon declined to comment, while T-Mobile and Sprint didn't immediately respond to requests for comment.
