Brian is a great CEO of an electric installation and contracting business.

is never wanted to be a CEO of a public company and I guess sees the overhead in time and costs as a real nuisance that stops him running and growing his business.

I cannot work out why he doesn't contract out some IR/PR activity - he must be using an agency to advertise for new work they could act as his IR as well.

From the filings at least we know he is growing and getting involved in bigger projects and is still profitable paying down debts in an orderly manner.
