The company should be working towards maintaining shareholder value, which is completely undervalued even before the 10K delay. Imagine now, with a market cap of $350,000

Only those without shares and sitting on the sidelines will greatly benefit from these so-called opportunities while most have averages over $0.60 and a few over $1.00

I am not very impressed by that cheap stunt to switch accounting firms on the day when the 10K was due.

They need to fix their PPS as of today and not after the 10K drops.
