It's more like mid August. Tomc said the 16th in the video posted yesterday.

Also to all worried parties, the biggest concern from the FDA is adding CBD to food & beverages. CBD as a compound (Isolate) is a NO GO because it is considered a pharmaceutical since Epidiolex was approved last year.
But the FDA still has to say something about topical, oil, extracts, supplements and other form factors. This is the swim lane where CVSI dominates and sells 95% (My estimate) of their products. A total different situation. We can get some news in this regard by August. And we all know that CVSI is the best prepared and first in line for any positive news from the FDA. So do not despair. I'm not sure how long it will take for this issues to be resolve but they will be solved faster than the food & beverages issues.
