I don't know how NEOM's accountants, or Sponge's accountants will allocate the computations, but it appears to me that Sponge's goodwill computations may have to go up in those computations. Assets, are what they are, based on cost, unless one is dealing with assets which are allowed to increase beyond book value in buying and selling. There is nowhere else, except, goodwill, to spread the outrageous computations.
Maybe part of the computation will have to be included in the loss of value of the stock.
