Drmyke - JP was not serious. He was just playing around with the figures, based on $6 mil. I believe that 2.3 mil., will have to be allocated to the 33, mil., shares of stock, NEOM repurchased in the deal, at the current pps. That leaves about 4 mil. to allocate to the 7.5 interest retained in the deal.

I don't know how NEOM's accountants, or Sponge's accountants will allocate the computations, but it appears to me that Sponge's goodwill computations may have to go up in those computations. Assets, are what they are, based on cost, unless one is dealing with assets which are allowed to increase beyond book value in buying and selling. There is nowhere else, except, goodwill, to spread the outrageous computations.

Maybe part of the computation will have to be included in the loss of value of the stock.
