Helm will find and even worse replacement. He has paid himself over $100K in shares and has done NOTHING. Still a shell 3 years later. Anyone who thinks this will go much higher that where it is is just trying to unload their shares for even $$. Lame CEO completely failed here. Issued 100million shares over the years and again, it is still a shell. DO NOT GET suckered into thinking this will actually close a real acquisition. Just PR and tweets. Nothing will ever close IMO
