Prez: Shit! We need a source of scandium and Niobium NOW!! We gotta make stuff to throw at Iran!!

Bernhardt: Hey we have a huge deposit of both of those in Nebraska!

Prez: Cool! Lets order some!!

Bernhardt: Umm... the mine isn't built yet. They need around a billion dollars and at least 2-3 more years after that.

Bernhardt: You remember the senate hearing where Niocorp was there and their spokesperson told us about it right??
