Seems like we are agreeing on some points here however, there still are some clarification that I would like to share as I don't agree with you on those e.g.

Please check the obvious filing differences between CZNI & ARSN under disclosure tab.

No 1-A ever filed with any of the previous securities held by Uncle Dicky, ARSN is the first one, plus it is very thorough with precise detailed information on every item.

Yuengling Ice Crean corp. is growing and not winding down, just recently they added multiple flavors to their inventory, plus a new website launched. Similarly YIC-Online is not die either but instead expanding leaps & bounds through Hyvee, Redner's Warehouse, SuperValu Distrbutors, e-Tailer & Icecreamsource, TV commercials, new websites etc..and all these are just recent additions.

If you have made boat load off money on CZNI than for sure you will be making a lot more here with ARSN - Just need little patience with suitable holding size.

No R/S ever recorded under ARSN as far as you go back plus it has stayed one ticker symbol.

Whereas, with CZNI multiple R/S recorded plus symbol has been changed several times.

Again, we both well know that 90%+ OTC stocks can't be trusted. Which means Everett is not the only person to be blamed here. But that doesn't be we let our money to in waste. So yes, lets keep an eye on this person very closely and have an exit strategy if we feel we have reached a dead end.
