Total and complete bs as nowhere in their Q1 fins does it say 1 word about either funder being issued shares at those strike prices you just conveniently made up!

And why VYST's auditors worded it that way is beyond me, but that's how they decided to word it despite VYST already providing the market with the proof of the FirstFire private placement and the FirstFire wire payment received and the final tranche of approx. 667K Restricted 144 Shares issued to Crown Bridge earlier this month to complete their $200K teaser tranche of private placement financing at the .15 cent strike price.

Your complaint is that since VYST's auditors combined the private placement financing along with the cancellation of their remaining potential 3rd party noteholder conversions and all their attached warrants that that somehow supposedly means that FirstFire and Crown Bridge supposedly didnt do the .15 cent strike price private placement...and that's nothing more than your own false assumption grounded in ZERO FACTS whatsoever hahahhahahahahahaha
