Question: Why is this guy helping to prepare SIPC fins? The financial statements are incorporated herein by reference and located on page 8 of this annual report. The statements for this reporting period were prepared by a consultant, Keith Nguyen. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

Who is Keith Nguyen? IMO he is a Vietnamese loan shark and Managing Director of CDM Capitol and the Guy Symam Vong has gone to to acquire money to try and get Major Hemp off the ground. Very dangerous IMHO

And one more thing SIPC and WDRP use the same attorney to remain in compliance or current and he wrote letters for both companies. WDRP is current and SIPC is not. Wonder why.
