I still say, from a PR from the company itself, " they are looking to avoid the rs, and in the FULL paragraph, there's nothing say that their doing the rs. I believe it's not going to happen, from reading this statement, its still not happening and if it does, it Maybe a good thing for NOUV, as far as pps increase and upgrading out of pinky exchange. All my opinion, and not budging in my investment here with NOUV and their 100 acre farm that fuels all its partners.
