Surely, it is. It would be nice for me to get a $500 check for the shares I have, but if it means depleting all the company's cash on hand, I'll pass!

If they truly announced an X-Dividend date, then I think they have to adhere to this. Maybe that number needs one or two zeros in front of it, like .0018.
