One think you are seriously missing here is both Dave Y. & Rob B. are not going anywhere once the merger is completed. Instead, they will become part of Aureus-Yuengling acquisition new entity under ARSN. Just like Jason D. from YIC Online has recently - No impact or changes to the current day to day business operation, they will run AS-IS. So it won't be Everett running the business on his own unlike his other few business.

I personally think that is why Everett killed his two failed entities UHLN, CZNI so he can focus on this one real merger with a real company. It is what I am seeing and hoping to be the case here. This should run very hard in the coming days once an official PR is out about the merger completed regardless of the numbers of 2019 is any lower than 2017 or 2018.

We are adding huge revenue with real assets to an empty shell ARSN. Just view last 10's filing in the recent months, they all cost time and money to get created, reviewed and filed. My believe is they are done for a good reason. At least when looking at it for the short term. Just my little opinion.

However, I do agree that his track record is not good at all.
