Provided you have previously made an election, the warrant units will be sold by ComputerShare of Canada, and the proceeds then distributed to US holders on a pro rata basis, via your broker.

You shouldn’t have to do anything, but wait a bit longer. As those warrant units still need to be sold and then the proceeds distributed.

The PR wasn’t confusing to me

Also, Danny Brody named SpinCo CEO.
