Well, Well, Well.... lookie here...

We have another day going by and no 10K. Which means another week gone by and no 10K... What we are now 30 days past due on a 10K. WOW - those must be some ASTRONOMICAL numbers the auditor is reviewing. The whole reason they have a 15 day grace or allowance for a company to delay them is because a company should have them done in that period of time. Most likely they probably do, and what you will realize when they do post them is the amount of debt they are in ... which means the REVENUES equate to negative EPS. In my opinion, I am pretty certain they are diluting this stock back to ,0001. Thank you Mr Tim.
