Actually the food scientist is a bigger enemy to us than the market maker. The market maker just wants your money. The food scientist, the fast food industry and the snack food industry want you addicted to their products so you have to buy more of it just to get the fix that you want and they don’t care if they compromise your health to the point where you die from it. So they are actually way worse than a market maker. The hand writing is on the wall and the news is out and the choice is ours to make. Do we want ill health because our taste buds have been tricked?
