Troubling issues.....market cap has declined about about 30% since beginning of year, despite recent equity raise. Equity raise was not sufficiently large to support a market launch without early payment by distributors prior to market development. No distribution plans announced yet. Majority of expenditures seem to go to internal salaries, though can't be sure yet. CEO/team has no prior commercialization experience.

Stock needs some shafts of sunlight (tangible good news) amidst these clouds for it to stabilize .
