Anybody that's watched penny stocks trade knows that was dilution today. The way the bid kept getting sold into is definitely dilution...

I actually bought some at 3 after that 8k... and I still own my shares... but that was insane selling all afternoon...

Hopefully that was the last of the diluters shared due to the announcement in that 8k it's quite possible the diluter was getting rid of the rest that was already converted

If the selling continues tomorrow that will be a very bad sign. And I won't add any
