As far as I know, at the moment, Texas isn't legal for growing Mj on it's land, besides, I'm guessing it would have a bit of a petroleum aftertaste.

however, I'm guessing that land is tapped out, or abandoned for oil wells, otherwise they'd have a market cap a lot larger than 300K.

I'm sure it's all scam-o-rific, but best logical spin to give us hope would be: XREG is the big investor that got 7.3 billion for 750K, not bad with a company that 2.5 years ago was seen as a company that could skyrocket. UBQU still has a product, a popular one, with a crappy name and a ceo that seems to have less vision than stevie wonder, 750K isn't a bad investment in a company that could become worth more than 10M with a little love poured into it.

the land, actually, even if no good anymore for oil, I know this as I work in wind and solar...oil fields are being sold in texas like crazy right now for wind farms. Easy permitting and turbines are nowhere near a lot of peeps who would cry NIMBY. so....all those acres, no good for pot, but recouping your 750K? no problem.

then you diversify to the next big thing just waiting for the eventual FDA approval and recreational federal legalization, as big oil continues to dwindle to "just another resource"...and you wait.
