legal 'fraud' is very difficult to prove-
you have to prove 9 different elements by the most strict standard of "clear, cogent and convincing" evidence.

so it would be easier to take another route if there is one.

again,research the outside co's referred to in NEWC emails to see if they exist and if they confirm they had contracts etc w NEWC.
