You honestly believe that the MM's are selling back and forth to each other...? Really? Think about it. They do not make money unless the price moves up AND RETAIL BUYS IT.... To sit their and think that this is not dilution is pure idiocracy.

This is dilution - this is how it is done on the OTC, they will not come out and say we are offering, they just do it. And then IF they report, they report it in their 10K.... oh wait, what is 30 days late now? 30 more days of dilution down!!!
