IGPK executed an LOI to purchase the assets for TGGI to own in exchange for the block of shares. During due diligence it was discovered that the value placed on the proposed assets wasn’t worth the price being paid and we tried to renegotiate the purchase price. Unfortunately, that was unsuccessful and the transaction did not take place and TGGI had already returned the shares to IGPK. The parties are trying to figure out a transaction that makes sense moving forward that benefits both parties. ..."
