That's a tough one to answer.

Depends on how many "roadblocks" Eddie Lampert throws up to the court. Right now the old Sears is hoping for a Hearing on their Chap 11 Plan on July 23.

SHC's current Chap 11 plan calls for their common shares (SHLDQ) to be cancelled on the "effective date" of that Plan. So basically SHLDQ shares could be cancelled any time after the "Plan" is approved.
