Draft regulation from the FDA is expected on or before this day. Once published, the FDA will accept public comments, and this will be followed by the publication of the finalized regulations.

There is a multitude of events that will get this moving but the FDA moving forward will create a whole new market of investors. This is the only otc ticker that is severely undervalued I can find doing hearing aids and cbd is a nice starter dish to light the fire here.
