My negative and KNOW nothing take is that there is a chance the lawsuit was planned, and they released the caveot empor sp? status in preparation for the suit. OR is it a lawsuit or a takeover? Maybe the latter. I don't know much, and I wish we had some people explaining things on this board rather than all the DOOM AND GLOOM or PUPPIES AND DAISIES we hear from the usual suspects.
