Maybe I am having a senior moment...or as my former husband would say, a 'convenient lapse of memory'...but I THOUGHT I had posted my own thoughts on the last post, and a consolidation of several articles on the first one....I will have to look at my own stuff, I guess. Quiet Periods apply to just about everything...not just business IPO's stuff...I found a govt quiet mode for 2002, also, asked for by Bush, when they were creating the 'no child left behind' stuff, and then again, he asked for quiet mode when doing the medicare stuff....
